Elizabeth Williams Elizabeth Williams holds advance certification as a Personal Care Home Administrator and has extensive experience in all aspects of personal care. Her professional associations include Georgia Association of Personal Care Homes (GAPCH) which merged with Senior Living Association of Georgia (SLAG) to form Assisted Living Association of Georgia (ALAG). She is currently serving as Secretary of ALAG. Elizabeth has also served as Vice President of Community, Education Chairperson, Legislative Chairperson several times over a number of years. As a representative of ALAG, she served for several years on CO Age, a state supported organization of representatives for the elderly. She also served on a Kellogg Grant study of unlicensed homes and on the advisory committee to the Geriatric Department of Georgia.

Ann Cowan Ann Cowan handles all resident account management, assists in coordination with physicians and staff, supervising meal planning, special needs diets, family relations, and all financial matters. She is a member of the Georgia Association of Community Care Providers (GACCP).
